Working with team was great. Any questions I had were answered easily within 24 hours. We we're able to move up our loan pre-approval amount very quickly which was needed to get our current purchased home. The assistance with the setting up of new home electric, gas, getting into contact with any individual member of the team never was complicated and I never felt unwelcomed to reach out. 10/10 experience
This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan. We worked with Morgunn during the process and it was most definitely the best first time home buying experience I think anyone could have had. From the moment she got in touch with my wife and I she made everything super easy for us! She was always so friendly to talk to, and went above and beyond to get things done quick! She was able to answer any questions we had and made this, what could have been a long hard process, fast and a piece of cake! I know you always hear about bad experiences, but you best believe my wife and I will be talking very highly about this!

Bob Moss is wonderful agent for VA any question , answered then on the spot, very knowledgeable , me and husband felt welcome , he provided excellent service to us as V A home owner , loved when he say if have questions or don’t understand call me , no matter what questions they are , great person just from his voice on phone , very prompt to respond.
Evan is awesome!!! I was casually looking for the past few years, and finally closed on a house. Throughout the process, Evan would periodically check in to see how I was doing, but I never felt any pressure from him. Super friendly guy and definitely bonded with him well over the years.

The services you provide veterans should be recognized every single day. My wife and I can't express enough what a great experience it was working with Veterans United Home Loans. Each and every member of my home loan team made such a positive impact during this entire process, we couldn't have asked for more. From our coordinator, Molly Nelson who graciously appointed Felicia Murphy as our realtor to the especially talented home loan officer, Katie Tegerdine. They made the home loan process enjoyable, pain-free, and explained everything so easily even a salty sailor could understand!

Josh, Tyler and Abby were my team. Josh solid 8/10 sometimes hard to get ahold of but otherwise very knowledgeable and very professional. Tyler and Abby were the main problems -42/10 terrible terrible experience with them. Tyler couldn't find the address and put in no effort to find it. ALL of the research, digging and fact finding had to be done by the customer (me) just so we would close. Abby is a glorified cheerleader. She offered no help, screamed into the phone like it's cheer practice and didn't provide any insightful or meaningful input into the loan process AT ALL. Those 2 made the home buying process so stressful i almost went with another lender. Overall the only reason why we closed early was because I had to be a thorn in Veterans United side otherwise we would have not closed at all. I would recommend a different team or a different lender.

This wasn't our first time buying a home but it was the first time with Veterans United and they were amazing to work with.
