Correspondence was quick and efficient with the whole team. He was level headed and didn't try to get me to buy the farm when I could only afford a barn. VU makes it so easy for VA loans and they understand the BAH shifts and nuances that come with a PCS that other lender do not based on previous experiences.
It is hard not to be personal in writing this review, so I won't even try. My entire team was professional, courteous, and compassionate. What can be shown on paper is that their expertise was top-notch and enabled me to get a home in less than 6 weeks. Between the lines and all the documents and sheets of paper, my entire team genuinely cared about me and my situation.
Though I mentioned how significant getting a home would be, I don't think my team will ever understand the depth of what they did for me. I was adrift and alone for so long from one loss after another over the years. Veterans United and my team stepped up, picked me up, and stood beside me and supported me the whole way. VU just didn't help me get a home, they gave me my life back and made me whole again.

It has been 24 years since my husband separated from the Army and we have never before pursued using his VA loan benefit, so the process was new to us. I was hesitant to go this route simply based on the fact that we knew nothing about the process and this was our third home purchase in 21 years. We got great service from everyone at VU!
