Unavailable, inattentive, uninformed, unprepared, and extremely unprofessional. By far The Worst Company I’ve ever done business with. Preapproved then had to be approved again. Had to submit the same forms over and over again. Loan officer went MIA midway through the process. No one knew her return date. Closing moved 3 times, took 2.5 hours to close, Title company was closed but forced to stay over, closing agents were literally in tears, ‘updated’ documents came through Not updated an hour and a half after the Title company closed. They tried to force us to drive 45 minutes to another Title location to finish closing. Refused to fund. Still had to return to Title company next day to sign documents missed by Lender. This ordeal was 40 days of infuriating chaos. Would Never use them again and would Never recommend.

Clint and the whole team was wonderful and very helpful
Our experience with Aaron and Veterans United home loans was so easy I could hardly believe it. He was always available or very quick to get back to me. Correspondence was quick and efficient with the whole team. He was level headed and didn't try to get me to buy the farm when I could only afford a barn. It has been 24 years since my husband separated from the Army and we have never before pursued using his VA loan benefit, so the process was new to us. I have plenty to say! This team is amazing! AJ took it from the beginning and on the way, a few more very professional helpers joined to get me everything I needed! At first. I was like "oh great, another site I have to put all my information in and get scammed or something," but I took the chance and was blown away! Oh, BTW, they have something in place to keep scammers from contacting you during the process! Any questions I had, they had an answer for! Paperwork? A breeze! If anything, I held them back from getting things done faster! This was an incredible journey with this team and once my VA loan is paid off, I hope to do business with them again! And, they sent me a thank you gift as if I was the one that did something for them! Incredible all the way around! I will be using them again!

My Loan Officer Tim Wuest was phenomenal! He was timely, responsive and informative. I cant find enough kind words to say about him. He and his team helped me get through what most would find as a stressful experience with grace and ease. Also, the portal was easy to navigate and nothing ever sat idle in the system.
