Our experience with Veterans United home loans has been great. I recall when I ask Matt if we could qualify for a larger amount due to homes being taken in a rather quick manner. Matt was eager to assist us and I qualified for the amount needed. As a veteran I would just like to say "thank you" for everything you've done for us. I'm a retired reservist with 28 years of service in the Air Force and as we say in the Air Force "Aim High" you guys have really accomplished this.

Mr. Justin Menard was simply exceptional. He made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do to complete next steps. Additionally, he went to war on our behalf given that the persons representing us had never worked on a VA loan and definitely did not understand the benefits conferred on Veterans when purchasing homes. Mr. Menard went above and beyond the call of duty dealing with third parties to help us complete our purchase. We are so grateful he was on our corner from beginning to end. Justin was simply a warm, caring, and dedicated advocate to the morning of closing!

Veterans United was absolutely AMAZING, educational, caring, supportive,ALWAYS available no matter the day or time! The amount of pure attention to us no matter how big or small they guided us and held our hand from the second we got approved till even after the closing! I do not have enough words or gratitude for the opportunity and blessings they have provided to give us our home!
We have been truly blessed by the outstanding professionalism and determination of Jeff and Shan. They spent many hours, days and then months working on our loan. Working with Nichole since 2021 has been very pleasant and productive at the same time. I felt at ease with her guidance, how she has always meticulously covered every aspect of what's in the client's best interest. I am ecstatic with that part more than anything. Also. Her teammates, one in particular Gray that has taken great effort to keep things in order, with such grace and kindness. I have to give a new nickname to Veterans United. It is the "chik fila" of real estate. Im going to encourage my "Battle Buddies" to rely on Veterans United. No nonsense, responsive to questions, excellent process and the best customer service that I felt like was SUPERB!! Five stars being the highest I give!!
Veterans United failed me. They failed to communicate that we could not receive seller credits for repair and they cost us over $12k at the last minute right before closing.Will not be recommending them or doing business with them again.
