I believe the best thing was the lack of feeling stressed. Veterans United and especially the great people working on my loan made every aspect easy and always came off very friendly and approachable. I knew that if any type of question came up, Ryan Herman would be there to answer as well as the rest of the team. You guys made this experience a one-of-a-kind memory for not only myself but my son as well.

This is my second time going through Katie Hayes at Veterans United. The first time was easy. This time I was dealing with an unruly seller and not using a realtor. It was complicated but they made it very easy and went out of their way to deal with the rude seller. Katie Hayes and her team also sent a get well soon care package to my Nephew who was hospitalized. They didn't have to do that but they did and I will always remember them and be grateful. These are real people with real feelings. I imagine this second purchase would have never happened without them. Mike is dedicated, fast, efficient, and will give you an honest, no-BS answer. He will go above and beyond to make sure things go right. He was still sending me documents at 11pm on a Friday night trying to help me out of an emergency situation, whereas my previous lender took 7 days vacation and came back a week before closing to tell me he couldn't do what Team Mange knocked out in record time!

Some agents respond quickly, others take quite a while, slowing down the process. For future cases, it'd also be best to have clear communication on what documentation is wanted, what information is wanted on it, and what format it's needed in to begin with instead coming back days or weeks later saying it's not everything needed to meet criteria. Still very much worth working with. Will recommend, and will work with this company again should the occasion arise.
