If you want a company that treats you like family this it. They won’t try to sell you on something that isn’t true. They will work to match other lenders and beat them. They want what’s best for you and are not just looking out for their interests. There is a reason they are the top VA loan company and it is because they care and will make sure you are happy every step of the way.
Our experience with the company started out very well but 2 weeks before the closing it deteriorated rapidly. It seemed as if the people were involved in a free fall and had no ability to recover. Our caveat is stay on top of your things to do, immediately deal with issues and be your own advocate.
