There was a few other people such as Adam that was amazing to make getting my file through underwriting fast. And was less stressful then I was thinking. There are a few things that was useless to be honest, as in the moving, address change, utilities, and security part. I was given wrong information on the gas company and called to ask the correct information and was told that they didn't know! But other then that it was a wonderful experience.
They were great at helping me stay on track and worked hard at helping me save my family home with all the obstacles that came up. This resulted in a sense of security for me knowing I would not become homeless in the event of losing my dad.
