In this tight market my home buying experience was phenomenal, the team was very knowledgeable and fierce about the current market. They were able to answer my questions promptly and were very strategic about the approval letter. I was at ease throughout the whole process from the first contact to closing day and even after, they have checked on me to know how the settling of the new home is. I was really scared at first buying a house in the current market but I was blessed with this amazing team and things just flowed.
As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect other than what other people have offered as their experience. As with anything, there were a few things that felt a bit overwhelming, but I never felt rushed or pressured. If I had questions, they were answered, if I had doubts about something, I was able to get explanations and reassured of what others were doing on their end to take care of the issues. I feel very fortunate that I had a team of people helping me that care about me instead of a pile of papers.
