The thought of buying a new home can be daunting to say the least. When it comes to mortgages, having the information we need, when we needed it, was a great help. VU was able to provide that. Absolutely loved the video and calculator resources on the site. They were extremely informative in letting us know what to expect each step of the way. Our loan team knew their stuff and kept us informed throughout the entire process and even went out of their way to research and provide us with resources in the area we were moving to. We never felt like we were lost or did not know what to expect, which is extremely important as first-time home buyers. As far as expectations for mortgage companies, VU has set the bar extremely high for us. The high level of customer service we received would be extremely hard to beat.
