The local VU real estate agent in the area you are possibly buying a house will be more knowledgeable and caring to your situation than the loan specialist or VU period. I would not recommend this company to buy a home to any Veteran. The stress this company puts you under is not worth it.

The only reason I’m giving a 9 instead of a 10 was the realtor they provided. He just sends houses that don’t have any of the requirements you asked about and even houses you can’t acquire with a VA home loan. The rest of the team was great, responsive, very helpful throughout the entire process.
