The only thing I would change about your process is to advertise the actual interest rates rather than the lowest that could be purchased with points, I found that misleading. Everything else was a really good experience.
This was our first home, so I had no idea of what to expect when it came to take those first nervous steps. Then I found Veterans United while scrolling through Facebook, and my journey began. Will had such a great personality and helped me 100% along the way. If I had questions, day or night, I knew I could call will and he made sure I was satisfied! If you are veteran wanting to purchase a home, Veterans United is the only way to go. I was apprehensive about VA home loans, talked to my loan officer Ginny Young who answered every question I had. Of course every concern I had was unfounded. They also have a concierge team helping every step of the way. I really can’t say enough, we closed Friday and couldn’t be happier. Do yourself a favor, sit down with a cup of coffee and call them.
