too be honest it was difficult with changing loan officers and tgen both my loan officer and my loan coordinatorbwent on vacay in thr same critical week, jist lack of communication overall was very poor

Excellent easy and pretty quick
We appreciate the ability to buy a house without the stress of worrying about a down payment and mortgage insurance. Our loan officer and everyone we coordinated with was always friendly and helpful. Having access to the app made things super smooth and efficient too!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Took me a while to find a home and even moved into a condo during the search, pausing my search for a while. The VU team stayed patient with me, and stayed in contact. Chace was great and always responsive. Once the home was identified, the VU team executed extremely well to meet the sellers 30 day close demand. Couldn’t be happier with the entire process and of course the end result. Would certainly recommend them to anyone seeking a new home purchase.
I would highly recommend Veterans United to every and any veteran I know or come across. They really care about you and will do everything they can to help you get the home of your dreams. Chris was outstanding. He was helpful and made this process much easier than expected.
