Gives you one less thing to worry about and get this they get back to about any questions you have, like right away. There was one time Tyler didn't return my call till later in the afternoon and when he did, he apologized for being in meetings most of the day. Let's see a bank do that!! I did contact the bank I deal with here, but the loan officer was cold and was kind of a dick. You are a fool if you don't work with these folks, it does take a little longer to process but the job is done right the first time and well worth the wait, A little info and some paperwork and they take care of the rest. 5+ stars
