It was a smooth experience that felt up-to-date with modern technology that streamlined many processes that I imagine would have normally been a pain with older methods. I had excellent customer service from everyone represented by VU which is highly appreciated and motivated me to move quickly with my due-outs once we took off with the homebuying process.Derek H is a dedicated professional who is keen on providing the best service possible. He always made himself readily available and responded quickly. I would use Veterans United again and in the future!
I highly recommended VU. They are re helpful, knowledgeable and understand your needs at anytime. Joe Freeman, my loan specialist was supportive and that’s who I would ask for if you are looking to secure you a loan and get a friend as well.
Easy to work with, very helpful, they excellent customer service, the veteran is sure to receive the best service!!
Veterans United treated me like family from the very beginning. They walked me through the whole process. Thanks for making my dream of
Home ownership a relatively.
we came to VU with only 21 days to close. The team, including Joe and our loan coordinator, Jenny, were incredibly responsive and helpful, even responding to texts within minutes. Without them quickly interacting with us, there is no way we could have closed on time, but we did it!

Painless. Literally the perfect word to sum up the entire experience. No nonsense and no problems. Straightforward and professional the entire way. Thank you again!
Would not hesitate to recommend Veterans Home Loans. They went above and beyond to make sure our loan closed on time.
For my fellow veterans, you cannot go wrong with working with Veterans United on getting a home loan. Hurry up you want be disappointed!
Veterans United made my homebuying experience a pleasurable one for the most part. The initial realtor I had through them was unsatisfactory; however I was able to use a more suitable agent and I found a great home. I'd say the only other issue I had was having to pay for a structural inspection a week before closing; that was a $750 expense that I did not anticipate and was not compensated for at closing. Besides those two mishaps Veterans United did a great job explaining everything and keeping us on schedule to close on time.
Thank you Samuel for all of your hard work to help get this done. We are very thankful to have worked with you.

Thank you so very much for helping me realize the American dream!!! Buying a home was not as daunting as I thought it would be as a first time home buyer and the entire process was seamless. I will always be grateful!
The process was a bit confusing at first; the market climate didn't help. I didn't realize that when you use realtor.com, you automatically get directed to VU when you ask for information about a property as a veteran. I didn't realize that once you get a VU concierge for the region you're searching, you can contact them directly to broker real estate agents in the area for different zones of that region as you search. My situation was complicated, though, as I was looking not in one region, but all over the country for a place to move, motivated by the extreme conditions of my living situation. It was frustrating for everyone involved. Once I found a place that was viable, however, the process moved along relatively smoothly and quickly. Any issues that arose were due only to circumstances beyond my, VU's, or my Realtor's control, and there was really only one issue of property survey delay. I learned a lot from this experience, and I would go through VU again should I look for another home later.
Best Service I ever had...
