There is no way I could have done this on my own and other loan companies made the process seem daunting and overly complex. Veterans United was the only one to say "Yes, you can buy a condo that does not allow rentals even though VA Loans permit such rentals. We will attach to your loan documents a statement sworn by you that you will not rent the condo you are buying."
Nobody at the condo community of well over 3,000 condos knew of or used such a remedy for the Condo Association regulations against condo rentals. Every Florida agent (except the VU agent) said it was impossible to buy a condo here with a VA loan.
