They are completely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and help you understand everything as they guide you through the process. They are willing to go the extra mile to help get the information needed to get your loan through all phases. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!

The team I dealt with at veterans United was very communicative. They were very thorough. And very patient with me as a first time homebuyer. They explained every step that was going on and walked me through the whole process.
Schandler was amazing. He communicated everything from start to finish. Any question I had he answered quickly and thoroughly. I feel like I barely lifted a finger during this process. He made the entire process of buying my home so easy and stress free and that is the best feeling. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it all was. Amanda handled everything during underwriting and also made it so simple. I never was left feeling unsure because her and Schandler took care of everything perfectly. And the simplest gesture of sending me a little move in gift which I saw after closing was really meaningful!

Great team, very professional. I couldnt have gotten a better team to work with. Knowledgeable and quick, any quesrions I had through out the process was answered and understandable.
VU was very good at keeping in touch and being sure we were on track for closing..We were.delayed by the seller to get things in on time, but VU managed to pull it off on tje origimal.closing day. They even sent us who to get in touch with once moved for utilities, electric, water, and gas! Great team effort!

Best team I ever had
Suzanne McClain was the difference maker. She is by far the best I have dealt with during a really stressful time for us. She walk us through everything with patience. When we buy another property Suzanne will be our first choice.
