Veterans United was able to come though for me when the builder's lender failed to complete the loan. Despite having a very short deadline from beginning the loan with Veterans United and the closing date (with a major holiday being in the middle), they were able to keep to the original timeline and get me in the house successfully.
We just wanted to say thank you to our loan officer, Angie Sanders and her team. As first-time homeowners, we were scared, nervous and apprehensive about the home buying process. Angie and her team were always just a phone call or email away to help with any concerns and/or questions we had, no matter how minor. We are so appreciative of all her help and direction.

Veterans united made home buying so simple you couldn’t go with anyone else. The whole team is great!
The only complaint I had was with the appraiser during the whole process. I would recommend talking with first time homeowners about how paying closing costs works at least a week before the estimated closing date, especially if they use USAA and need to have a cashier check mailed.
