The loan specialists, and other personnel, at Veterans United are complete professionals. They are completely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and help you understand everything as they guide you through the process. They are willing to go the extra mile to help get the information needed to get your loan through all phases. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!

I am crying tears of gratitude and joy as I type this message. My disabilities made this home buying experience overwhelming for me, both mentally and physically. However, with the guidance of Marcus Cossgrove and the amazing team that he selected for me (Tere'sa, Richmond, and my new Veterans United family), I truly feel like it was smooth sailing! This amazing group of individuals made me feel like I was their ONLY client! All of my questions or concerns were swiftly addressed, and I was never made to feel incompetent with my many questions or forgetfulness. I thank Marcus for this. He understands that I required a bit more patience and assistance than most home buyers that he probably deals with. Marcus made sure that my team were all aware of my mental disabilities so that they were prepared to provide extra assistance whenever needed.
Once I closed on my new home, I was pleased to learn that I can still reach out to Marcus if I need help with something. Again shows how much he values his clients. I pray that my loan remains with Veterans United, because I don't want to lose Miracle Man Marcus (my new nickname for him😊).
Just as I thought that I had finally gotten all of my happy tears out, this morning I opened the package that arrived yesterday from VU. Inside were extremely thoughtful welcome home gifts from Marcus and the team. A couple of those items further proved to me that Marcus Cossgrove truly gets to know his clients! I saw these simple yet so meaningful gifts to my family, and the tears started flowing all over again! My heart is filled with gratefulness. Thank you, Marcus! Thank you, my new VU family!
