While writing this review , it still feels surreal that I am a home owner along with my family. There are not enough words to describe this journey and process toward purchasing a home. My family and I started this Wonderfull journey over a year ago. I've choose Veterans United not only because I read reviews but because there are the best in the industry when it comes to helping out veterans. I am now part of that growing community.My experience with Veterans United has been interesting and fulfilling at the same time.
Interesting because you can see the progress of the paper work you have submitted and how everything comes together from beginning to end. Of course, it is fulfilling once you offer gets accepted , to closing and signing the final paperwork to receiving your keys to move in.We must not forget how we got to the finish line. I had an amazing and Wonderfull team that guide me through the process. The team consisted of Rich , Lora , Joedi, Gabriele and the behind the scenes team from Veterans United .I would like to give a shout out especially of course to Rich for being patient with me since day one and understanding not only my needs but the needs of my family. I was able to understand more Rich when we were deep in the process and yes , he is calm , cool and collective and when he is going to tell you he will get you to the promise land, he means it. I am a prove of that . My file was complex and the team that was assigned to me got to the finish line . Of course, my real state agent was my GPS in the woods and she is just like Rich in the sense that they will get you to the finish line of the Marathon. It is not always going to be pretty but they do an amazing job at getting you to the crossing line and getting you that medal. In this case, the key lolAgain , thank you Team Veteran United because you help accomplished a goal and without the support from everyone , the goal would not have been meet. An Oscar is not won individually , it is won collectively. 15/10 #GOTEAMVU

The loan specialists, and other personnel, at Veterans United are complete professionals. They are completely knowledgeable about the home-buying process and help you understand everything as they guide you through the process. They are willing to go the extra mile to help get the information needed to get your loan through all phases. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!

Once again Felecia, Jennifer, and her team were phenomenal! This was my second VA loan with Veterans United (VU) and they were able to secure a good rate. They were attentive, timely and processed my application quickly. The ease of signing documents through the app was very helpful and allowed me to connect and respond from anywhere. I appreciated the reminders and concierge support to ensure I didn’t miss important timelines. They were thorough and explained anything I was confused about in great detail. The level of customer service from all of the departments I connected with was excellent. I would recommend anyone to work with VU or just give them a call to hear what they offer when considering buying a home…you’ll be SOLD!!
