The team from VA Veteran's United were great from the beginning. They answered ll my questions concerning the process. This was my first home buying experience and they went step by step. The app was helpful well.

Getting a loan is a lengthy process that can feel impersonal with all of the documents and uploading. Dane, Rob, and the whole loan team made it feel like I was also part of the team and working together. They were responsive and actually cared that this all happened.
There’s no reason for my loan to get kicked back from underwriters so many times. I planned on a timeframe and was told that the loan should be processed by it accordingly, and the delay in service cost me dearly. I’m not impressed with my service at all, and the extra services that team members tried to offer me were completely unwarranted.
