As a retired couple, we were a little worried about using a company that we could not actually sit down with, in person. We took the chance based on their ratings and reviews. We are both so glad we did. Of all the homes we have bought or refinanced through our years, this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Quick and smooth! You will not regret using them for you home loan needs.


Josh was always there ....if I called and he wasn't available he always made sure he got back to me when he could.....I would definitely recommend veterans united like my friend who recommend it to me....


It was an exhausting process with a lot of ups and downs but we finally closed. Jeremy worked very hard to find a loan that fit our needs and finally found the right one that worked for us, we'll never forget that! Explanations on things could have been a little better at times since we were first time home buyers buying a fsbo, we had no idea how the process worked or how to read everything but once we asked questions, he was quick to respond, even while on vacation. We greatly appreciated that!

My wife and I had a great experience going through this company. I'm in the military and have had issues with other lending companies (even ones that say they work great with the military) in the past due to military requirements. This company was not phased by it and handled all of the curve balls excellent.



I would recommend using Veterans United every time! I was able after 27 years to get my discharge changed from an OTH to a General and finally receive VA benefits. After being out of the service for so long, I didn't believe the process to refinance my home into a VA loan would be so seamless. I was able to receive the lowest rate I've ever seen and the service provided by Veterans United made so easy and painless. Veterans go through a lot both in active duty service and in civilian life. We deserve nothing less than the best from our country in return and I think Veterans United lives up to the high standards.
