Absolutely amazing experience purchasing my first home. Mystle was not only helpful throughout the process, but went above and beyond to ensure I was not only taking care of everything, but actually in the loop throughout the process.
She also deserves ‘kudo’ (if you will) for assigning Mallory Fuller to my team. Between Mallory and Mystle, I never had any unanswered questions. The most important thing to me whenever I spend money is promptness, this has always been a make it or brake it trait for me. They both exceeded even my expectations. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, they were impressively fast at not only responding but actually answering my questions or providing guidance.
I realize this may not be the appropriate place to recommend anything, but I think these two ladies deserve a promotion. I will definitely be recommending these ladies to any and all of my veteran buddies who are even thinking about purchasing a home.

This was my second time using Veterans United for my VA loan. I trusted them that much! They set me up with realtors that were knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. The loan officers kept track of everything from day one. And the thing that I liked the most is that the whole company treats you like family and never loses track of where you are in your home search. With my old mortgage company I experienced so many difficulties and hardships trying to secure a VA Cash Out Refinance for my home. Unprofessional behavior, misinformation, lack of general communication, and frankly being made to feel unimportant or "less than". But here at Veterans United, the difference really is night and day... I have not experienced anything like I did with my old mortgage company. Nothing but professional behavior, understanding, empathy, along with great and timely communication. Because of this, I was able to finally secure my VA Cash Out Refinance easily and without any issues.
