This is a revised review after taking a day or two to get perspective after closing day. Your computer issues last Friday were unfortunate, but they caused issues with my job, getting off work to come sign, etc.
All involved helped patiently guide me, a senior citizen, through a somewhat scary process and we will be forever grateful.
