The communication was OUTSTANDING❗Julie Cute kept me informed and updated on my status with timely reminders and helped me negotiate thru the paperwork which can be overwhelming. While Amy answered any questions that I may have had, she clearly explained & clarified all my inquiries no matter how big or small.
They are 2 highly knowledgeable and patient professionals who took the stress, anxiety and uncertainty of buying a home and turned it into the most positive and wonderful experience of my life! The only issue I had was having to deal with Katie West in my honest opinion she delayed my process by not calling me or emailing me back or even replying back to my realtor. It wasn't until my realtor CC Mitch that she finally got back to us. After that though Mitch took over and the process was smooth as it can be and I truly appreciate Mitch for making that happen. Jamie Arnold was extremely helpful as was the rest of the staff they were all awesome thank you.
While my overall experience with Veteran United was good. It did feel at times that my loan coordinator was either uninformed or unknowledgeable in regards to certain aspects of the VA loan process.
From the beginning of the process throughout, Chelsea provided excellent service.
