This is my second time purchasing a home through veteran’s united. The first home was primary, this time for an investment property. The whole process went smooth. Although I purchased while overseas from a distance, the process was easy and I closed on time.
I was very impressed how much progress was generated by computer software. It made it so easy to move forward. Instead of the old way with a lot of paperwork.

Everything that needed to be done was done. Honestly it was hard to communicate with anyone when I really needed to. This was my first house. Transparency did not seem to be there. I don’t know if it was because of many other people trying to get a loan, or the bureaucracy of filtering out to everyone in VU staff before I got the information.
