The process was simple and easy. The only "ding" I have is being requested to provide a document at the last minute, causing me to jump through hoops. I made it clear to the loan team that the timing was not good given that it could possibly delay closing. Fortunately I was able to provide the necessary document and additional docs that helped keep closing on time.
