The appraiser dragged his/her feet to the absolute end and then claimed "technical issues" which delayed closing by a day. Not much but with our timeline, we really could have used the day.
If you qualify for a home loan these guys will make it happen! Joel was top notch! Always took the time we needed and listened to every concern or question we had! Extremely nice and professional man!
My team was quick and timely, answered almost all of my questions immediately. It was a stressful process, being my first house, but my team made it so much easier.
