There were no surprises during the process, and the realtor he recommended, Vanessa Morales, was also extremely helpful. Mrs. Morales treated my family and me as if we were her family and ensured we got the best deal possible. Our credit union, who specializes in serving active duty service members and veterans, told us they couldn’t help us refinance our mortgage. Veterans United helped us close on an IRRRL refinance 7 weeks after our first phone call, which included the Christmas/New Year holidays. They contacted us regularly with status updates, so we were never left wondering how things were progressing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It really was an A+ experience.
United Veterans took the guess work out of my refinance. I was also notified by United Veterans that I could get a better interest rate. Without them, I would of never known.
Everyone on the team was absolutely amazing to work with. Although a special shout out to Aaron Guinn. He really walked me through the process, made sure I understood what everything was, what kind of timeline was happening, and was an impromptu therapist when I had anxiety about the whole process. If I ever decided to buy another house (not likely, this one is perfect), I would only want to work with the same team again.
Would of liked to have more fluent communication about my options with my lending.
