I want to personally thank all of the Veterans United team. Each member demonstrated professionalism in their various roles and helped make purchasing my home a relatively smooth process from the first ‘task’ through the final ‘wet signature’ & funding. When I had questions or concerns, each individual I contacted would calmly & patiently help me deal with my concerns until they were resolved. I got the feeling all the Veterans United team members enjoyed their work and cared about the client (me in this case) thank you all very much.
PS: I look forward with excited anticipation to actually owning the house when I make the final payment in July 2055, just few months shy of my 109th birthday. 🎉 🥳😂 lol
The My VU application needs significant improvement. Every time I tried to log into the App I had to do it twice because the app immediately kicked me out. It also would not stay logged in or use Face ID for login. Very frustrating.
I have to say, throughout the entire process of buying my first home I was learning something new every step of the way. I’m glad I had a great team of people helping me throughout the entire process from Adam to Merisa to Andrea. If any veterans out there are looking to buy their first home stress free with tons of helpful advice, definitely give Veterans United a call you won’t regret it!

The entire crew was amazing !! Schandler always went above and beyond, it was very patient whenever I had questions or concerns! Everyone made my closing quick and easy!
There were a few hiccups and speed bumps, and the process seemed to drag on a bit at times but overall, jake and katie were great. They were patient, understanding, and bent over backwards to move this process along as quickly as they could. I don't think I could have had two better people on my side, helping me through this.
