It has been 24 years since my husband separated from the Army and we have never before pursued using his VA loan benefit, so the process was new to us. I understand my situation was weird. Receiving emails and phone calls that I was good to close but waiting on atipulationa for closing until the night before was a little rough. All and all the exaperience and team was great.
