I used to be a loan officer is the ha d written application days. Days where you met face to face and your buyers hugged you at their closing and called you when rates dropped to refi. VU is the 2022 version of that. Doing business because you love it. Everyone I talked to seemed to love what they did for a living.
Our experience with Veterans united was very professional and kept us updated constantly. We would highly recommend them. We closed on our home very quickly.
The process was simple and easy. The only "ding" I have is being requested to provide a document at the last minute, causing me to jump through hoops. I made it clear to the loan team that the timing was not good given that it could possibly delay closing. Fortunately I was able to provide the necessary document and additional docs that helped keep closing on time.
