Man, what an amazing experience. I was hesitant using veterans united because theyre this big company, but man are they the experts on these VA loans. I was shopping around for rates and they were #1 the entire time. We had a complicated loan so Ryan and his team had their work cut out for them, but they knocked it out of the park. They make the entire loan process simple, giving complete guidance, always available to answer questions, returning calls quickly and treating us like we are their top priority. They would call us to make sure we always felt comfortable.Every document on line was simply, with Docusign, the app kept us informed of to dos, and everything that was done. They provided names of local insurance companies, moving companies, attorneys, electric, water, sewage, etc. Even kept us informed of closing cost estimates. My loan specialist, Colin Park, made phone calls to the county courthouse in my home town to find out who I needed to talk to and where to go to get the documents needed to clear my credit reports. WHO DOES THAT!!! I am completely satisfied with the loan that I got, the realtor they referred to me and the home that I eventually purchased. My life is so much better now!
During my first house they tried working with me to get it but the sellers dropped us but I was able to get the next house almost immediately with them
