I have used this same loan specialist 3 times now and it's just cold. I never feel like I matter. Just a number. That can't be taught though. People have to actually care about the clients experience.

Our home buying process was great. Everyone was great to work with and they all made sure that we were well within the loop. We are very satisfied with the experience of the Veteran United Team members. There are always room for improvement in everything we do. For instance:
If a party has gone through the home buying process and everything has fallen into place. Far as paying all the fees such as inspection cost, appraisal fee, good faith payment, etc...
Then a snafu presents itself, then the buyer decides not o go through with the sale. The buyers are out of several thousand dollars...because the seller did not want to satisfy the buyers wishes. Or felt like they have spent enough money on the home. Its understood that there are clauses and stipulations in the contract. But after the final walk through, its basically to late to recover the money already spent on the fees mentioned.
By no means is this meant to be a smudge on the VU team. Because they were great and we thank them for taking such good care of us.
I had a very positive experience working woth the VU team to set roots for my family and I in a crazy Colorado Springs housing market.
