I tried a few different lenders in my search for a mortgage, starting Fall of 2021. All of them disregarded my financial situation up until the pandemic shutdown the world, and my current status. They actually asked me if I could "explain why I lost money in 2020"! Apparently they forgot about the whole world losing money in 2020! Veterans United actually looked at my complete situation, before and after 2020, and made it happen for me!

I had an outstanding experience that got me into my home, so my only feedback is set the expectation that the appraisal will more then likely not meet the deadline so 30 days close is a challenge that will not happen.
