VU is committed too getting your home and loan as fast as you want too try and get it done. They were in constant contact and very helpful. I would us VU again in a heartbeat.
I would also like to mentor Sarah Stoll. From the moment of her involvement in the process things fell into place. She was quick to respond to every detail and left no stone unturned. I feel like the entire team are now friends and would welcome them to our new home anytime!
I would just recommend Veterans United to tell people who are going to apply for a loan to get ready for the fees. I wasn’t aware of the money I was supposed to pay out of packet. It got me by surprise.

This is 2nd time we have used our VA benefits...First time we used a large bank and the process was mind boggling...they themselves were perplexed by the intricacies of the VA loan process which made the process long...painful and truly scary. This time we went with the PROs!!! Veterans United assigned Nick and Nicole and wow!!!! Like VA ninjas they were on it...guiding us smoothly from start to finish...the daily to-do lists kept the process manageable and not scary at all. He has a complete understanding of what is needed to get this loan done in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend as it seemed that this company made is so difficult and created so much red tape. After speaking with others who used Veteran United, they didn't have this much difficulty. I thought things were suppose to be a little easier for Veterans and more help provided but it seemed that I got more red tape and issues which was not helpful at all.
