Everything that needed to be done was done. Honestly it was hard to communicate with anyone when I really needed to. This was my first house. Transparency did not seem to be there. I don’t know if it was because of many other people trying to get a loan, or the bureaucracy of filtering out to everyone in VU staff before I got the information.
