In late October of last year I found out that my rent was going up three hundred dollars a month bad news for someone who just retired a month earlier. I started looking for other places to rent and noted that here in the Phoenix area rents were going sky high. At my American Legion meeting I was discussing this with some fellow members and they suggested that I consider buying and said that they have heard good things about Veterans United, I contacted them and assigned to Brandon and his team and was pre=approved. I also decided that I was going to leave Arizona and go back home to Colorado, after looking at a lot houses in the Colorado Springs and Pueblo area I found the house in Pueblo I wanted for a very good price. We closed this last Friday the house payments are $800.00 less than I am paying in rent currently and this is a big help to someone just recently retired and with the recent economic situations.
