I would have anyone who's a veteran use Veterans United Home Loans for their home loan.
So in the beginning it started crazy. All realtor issues. The first realtor had no ambition to help. It would take hours for him to respond and when it hit 48 hours no response I requested a second realtor. The second one seemed okay at first. But then started pushing for me to bid on every house we walked into ignoring what I said I was looking for. Then he decided to lecture my wife on how we need to spend our money. So I decided that he was not for us.Then we found JUDY ABERCROMBIE with Abercrombie Reality. She listened to what we were looking for and delivered very well.
Moral of the story.
You may be better using a realtor that you pick.
