While the home-buying process is never “simple”, the staff at VU went out of their way to make sure my partner and I were comfortable and supported.I didn’t start the process with VU; I actually started with one of those big companies that advertises all over the place. All it took was a quick five-minute phone call to decide I would not work with them. After giving them the boot, I connected with VU and never looked back.
I would have liked to receive a phone call and explanation about the numbers changing and why As they changed. I had to call and ask for explanations.
