I was dead in the water with any hope of securing the home I was dying to get. I contacted Colin and explained my situation and he went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Him and his team like Julie Moore and the rest of them guys are all complete professionals. They replied and kept me up to date with everything and walked me through EVERYTHING! This is also the second time I used him for buying a home and both times he’s did more than enough. Honestly, even if I didn’t get approved for the loan I would’ve still recommended him simply based on his dedication to help.
