Overall an ok experience should have shopped around for other places. John was helpful Melissa wasn’t as much there was a couple weeks where she wouldn’t respond to emails and then calling seemed like she hadn’t even looked at the paperwork. Multiple errors found with basic information and when informed staff didn’t make the changes
