They were aware of VA waivers for minimum property requirements (MPR) and was ready for closing within 3 weeks. They went above and beyond even on the weekend to meet my closing deadline. I was aware of every twist and turn throughout the process.
I would definitely work with Veterans United again. My Loan officer, Jeff Ferguson, made buying a home easy. He also found a good interest rate for us when rates were rising.

As a young guy buying a home and not really knowing what I was doing they took great care of me, they where always a phone call away and if they didn’t answer they called back within minutes. They took great care of me where super quick by far the best in the business. And so thankful for this whole team in getting me in my dream home from everything from the loan to guiding me through the loan steps to helping me with my moving stuff like utilities security systems and finding me the amazing realtor.
