One of the support people on the team, Jennifer Garrison, was so understanding of my misgivings and my computer skills as well as different ways to get the correct information to her. An I.T. tech that assisted me was also very understanding and showed great patience with me until we accomplished the task.
After losing my husband of 43 years in 2019, I needed to make some adjustments. Losing my husband's Social Security affected my household income. Overall the process was amazing and the commination was awesome with both Kurt and Asli! They made an awesome team. There was a small hitch with the title department communication with the title company here in my county. Other than that it was much easier than I would have ever thought possible. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for all of your hard work!
