Horrible communication, waited til the day before to schedule closing, never talked with me about over price until the day before closing. Had no knowledge of any local benefits. When we did speak he was honest, but overall would not use again. The only reason I stayed with them is because my 4 year old daughter and I were homeless and sleeping on my brothers couch.

Rates are good, but the entire process was inconvenient and the policies that changed really soured the overall experience of buying my first home. Also staff is very nice but sometimes impossible to get a hold of.
The company and my loan officer Jeff Magsamen made the home buying process great for me as a first time home buyer. If you want to have an awesome company to get your home loan through then Veterans United is simply the best!
