I loved that the To Do list gave you an opportunity to catch up on anything you missed in the evening after work, you only had one place to go to reference information, and it was such a smooth transaction. When it was time to close and my home sale got delayed, they even stayed late to help me be able to still close on buying my new home on time. I've bought and sold homes in the past and VU was hands down the easiest to work with!

First off, I am not much of a reviewer, but when I do, it's times like this that I take the time to do so because they earned it. Here is why they earned it. Amazing service! Not only is VU's customer service top notch, in my years of home buying experience, no one has come close to the professionalism and attention to details the team at VU had. Communication! It was easy to communicate with Nathan Jacksons team, they answered all my question in a timely and professional manner. Selfless Service! Nathan and his team wanted to earn my business. They didn't expect my business. They knew I could have gone to a big named Credit Union or bank, but Nathan did what he could to EARN my business. After this experience, I won't got anywhere else for my home loan needs.

I have purchased multiple homes however this is the first time using Veterans United. I wish I knew of these folks before! This is a full service company including moving concierge so my email wasn't all over the web getting estimates for moving needs. I hope this to be my final move however if it isn't Veterans United will be my first call...after my realtor.
