The only thing I wish Veterans United wouldn’t do is sell my loan to a different loan company. I dont want to deal with PennyMac or LoanLLC etc. I chose veterans United for a reason and I built a relationship with ya’ll. I trust Veterans United to make sure the loan and the Veteran is taken care of.
Overall -> absolutely the worst experience of our lives. They ghosted us in the middle of our closing. Incompetent, had to alot of work for them (totally understand providing documentation) but pointing out things that should be corrected is not ok. Failure to pay attention to detail (locked interest) and scamming us to get our credit run again, get another loan locked estimate from another bank so they would get us back to 3.5% instead of fixing their mistake.
