If you need anything or have any questions they have no problem getting back to you as quick as they can with the resources they have. My experience was overall amazing and I was surprised they were able to get me approved for the home by myself (without wife) - They only feedback would be once it got into manual underwriting it seemed to take longer than it should have. It could be my lack of knowledge in the process, but it seems that it should go into underwriting, they tell the buyer what is needed, buyer responds and then your done - it seemed to drag on for weeks with a need here, then a need there, kinda trickling out instead of just telling me everything needed and being done.
