Overall good experience. Good to be pre-qualified and have all the paperwork processed in a timely manner. Only approximately 30 days from the day we put an offer in until the day we closed. No hiccups to speak of but glad that's done! Now we can relax and move into our new home!

All of the stall was very helpful and knowledgeable. When anxiety would take over, they would encourage and provide comfort. I was scared about not having a relator, but they provided a help and encouragement where one was not necessary.

Best professionals!! Understanding and go over and beyond
This was my 3rd home purchase in my life and by far the easiest. The website with being able to upload your documents, perform the “To Do’s” and electronically sign documents was awesome. Closing took about 20 minutes. The closing representative at the title company kept mentioning how impressed she was with the “small stack” of paper needed to sign to complete this real estate transaction.
