Communication was very poor throughout the process in terms of what was allowed, amount of fund approved for kept changing after offers were made, terms of signing at close were not clearly spelled out from the beginning almost costing me the house. When I complained about it I was gaslighted which I don't appreciate.

Bryan Kay took over for Heidi due to Heidi being out due to medical situations, brought me to closing and he fits all of the above either Heidi, he jumped right in and took my account to closing as if he was the main officer from day 1. I do apologize but the agent the got me to pre approval and a Montgomery something who got my interest rate down, i forget his last name, and a Krystal something who set up my insurance and got me better auto insurance, and again I apologize, I forget my last name, they were solid. Overall I couldn't imagine this process and what you guys do being any better thank you very much for making it possible for me to be a first times home owner.-Conner Vaughan
