They are the best. Both realtors I used for two separate purchases both said the same thing; this is actually a streamlined process. My current realtor reluctantly accepted me as a VA client because of past experiences with local lenders who are great people but simply don't know how to navigate the VA loan process. It is a little more complicated and there are lots of hurdles but Phil and Matt knew exactly how to get everything done. My purchase closed relatively quickly. My realtor said he spent months with a VA client previously but was very impressed with Veterans United and their expertise.
