Chris Solomon was phenomenal and made the process seamless. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future. Veterans United has very intuitive system.
This being my First home purchase, I could not be more terrified but I decided to apply anyway, just to see if I qualified. Veterans united replied stating that I had some credit work to do and that they will assign me a credit specialist and a list of credit to-do's, in order to get to a credit score for approval, even said that they will check again in 6 months. I was a bit discouraged but let me tellyou, they did not lie, I worked on exactly what I was told to do and it did in fact increase my FICO score. Would you believe on the exact 6mon day I recieved call from Veterans United, the same person that reached out 6mons prior? Well, I did and to my surprise I had done everything I needed for a preapproval and instantly got preapproval!!!!. I was assigned a loan team for every step of the way, and this process is a loooong one, but no worry because I had a full loan team, they list out everything you need and assist with getting everything setup. All I had to do is look for a house, my loan team was awesome throught the whole process.
I would recommend Veterans united to anyone looking for a home, especially first time buyers.

Best home buying experience. It was our first time buying and our specialists were there for ever question we had and gave us advise when we needed it. The process of the actual home buying took about 2.5 months (including the two weeks shopping for the homes with a realtor). It went by so quickly and any hiccups were solved quickly and discussed openly. Thank you VU!

Lauren Lowe is a rockstar! I don't know how she answered just about any email I sent within an hour! Extremely informative, happy to answer questions, and kept me on schedule to close on time! She is a hard worker and I'm very grateful for all her help!Kaylyn Flaspohler was so helpful creating to-do lists for the utility companies I needed to contact to get services turned on! She is so organized and was able to get me in contact with whoever could answer any questions that weren't her expertise. She even stills calls and emails to ensure I am settling in well and know how to make my payments online!Bo Hoelscher wasn't personally able to get an insurance policy for me but helped me look for key point in searching for a homeowner policy!

Greg Heims and Stephanie Vossen were stellar and mike Lottes on the auto side of things was absolutely first rate.
