The only comments I will make of a constructive nature are the following:
I sent feedback to the team regarding the appraiser and his comments to the home owner about how she should have listed it for a bidding war and would have gotten more money than we were paying. Not acceptable he could have jeopardized our purchase and we were paying him!
Also, we received a request for Home insurance when we were told someone was going to help us shop for insurance and help us with the other services (electric, cable etc.). We reached out but no one ever called us back and we did not escalate. We just took care of it ourselves. Others may struggle more so that piece of support may be more important for others. Otherwise a great experience. I referred another veteran to you and she is in process of finding a home as well!
As a first time home buyer, I had a great experience with Veterans United! My wife and I will definitely be using them again on our next home purchase!
