The only issue I had was having to deal with Katie West in my honest opinion she delayed my process by not calling me or emailing me back or even replying back to my realtor. It wasn't until my realtor CC Mitch that she finally got back to us. After that though Mitch took over and the process was smooth as it can be and I truly appreciate Mitch for making that happen. Jamie Arnold was extremely helpful as was the rest of the staff they were all awesome thank you.
While my overall experience with Veteran United was good. It did feel at times that my loan coordinator was either uninformed or unknowledgeable in regards to certain aspects of the VA loan process.
From the beginning of the process throughout, Chelsea provided excellent service.

I do not like the electronic, hands off docusign. I am old school where you sit with your lender and they explain everything you are signing and why, BEFORE signing assuring you are understanding. This new era you have documents sent to you without ever meeting your lender, and YOU have to ask if you don’t understand or the lender assumes you are good. You seem rushed to sign and you think they are working for you so you just sign. This system is not customer friendly. It is robotic. That is not with just this company it is both sides and other companies. Give a choice if they would rather docusign or meet the lender and go over everything.
Our loan specialist Ali and the whole Veterans team was so amazing. Someone was always available to answer our questions, concerns, or inquiries. Everything can be done online which makes the whole process so easy and convenient. I never thought buying a house could be so easy. The hardest part was finding the right house, Veterans took the stress out of everything else.
