I would say through the hick up in the system and processes, this loan was a little more mistakes than the last two... The only thing that really annoyed me more than anything was not feeling as insurance rep was not truthful when I asked questions on policy. I feel he just wanted to close a deal or not admitt that he wasn't sure.It was just a total difference in quality of what I received in the past 2 loan experiences.However, I will still consider VU in the future.
Made the experience as seamless as possible. I would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing customer service which is unmatched in my personal experience. I have completed 2 home purchases and 2 loan refinances with VU. They stick to their deadlines and have been a pleasure to work with. I have shopped around and the delay in communications and lack of customer attentiveness is noteworthy.

The entire veterans united team was extremely efficient and professional. Everybody was understanding of my work schedule, made the process easy for me, and they did their jobs in such a way that I was able to close on a house in a timely manner while I was also working 84 hours a week. I will definitely be going through this company exclusively on the next home purchase.
I am a retired disabled veteran. Veterans United has been amazing. I can't say enough how wonderful it has been to work with a company that actually believes in customer service. Our loan specialist was outstanding and I mean that sincerely. I'm not one for blowing smoke and too often reviews are bogus, but I'm a real vet who wouldn't hesitate to tell you they sucked if it were true. I'm happy to say, I have been more than pleased. I haven't had customer service like this since the 60's. Do yourself a favor...don't go anywhere else. This company is the real deal and I'm so damn glad I did.
