The minute we contacted Veterans United and Nina was assigned as our loan officer she contacted us and spoke with us about our needs and financial status. Nina would keep in touch with via text, phone and email and was always updating us on the our loan status. Nina would even run numbers for us when we asked and would call us and go over those numbers with us. The whole team was amazing !!!!!

There was no pressure from anyone on the team while I was still actively looking for a home. Once I found a home, I was on deployment with a hefty time change and he made the loan process easy to work through, took initiative to knock things out for me, and worked around my schedule. I couldn’t recommend Justin enough.
I couldn’t be more pleased with Jordan and his team. In our initial conversation I told him to explain the process to me as if he were teaching a child how to buy a house. Jordan and his team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and explaining the process so I fully understood everything.
