Veterans United was very responsive to any questions I had, There were several obstacles that were presented during the loan process, and they stepped up to help me navigate the issues, which were not Veterans United created !!! I give them and A+
Only thing was told at closing that money owed to us would be in the bank that day! But it’s not in my account yet!
The team that helped me through the home buying process was amazing! I was beginning to think that I was never going to find a home that fit me and that it was not going to become a reality of owning my own home, however, through everything the team that I got connected with was there for me the whole time every single step of the way encouraging me and reassuring me that this was going to happen and it did!! I found a great little place and my team really came through for me to make it mine!!!

Everything went very smooth other than the closing phase. Requires some extra attention to detail to void the unnecessary delay resulting three additional days at the lodging.
Very helpful! Answered all of my questions, and kept me updated at all times.
I was not just a first-time home buyer; I started this process with what few hours I could spare in a combat zone. Dylan and his team were patient and helpful. They did everything they could to accommodate to my demanding schedule.
Would have been a 10 but a small mistake was made they admitted to it and compensated for it

I really appreciate the "Team Approach" to getting things done!
Sometimes there were too many people
Involved with the loan, and it got very confusing who to contact...., but Emmy did take the lead
Seamless process, excellent communication
Everything was smooth and guided, just had a hiccup on the signing
This was the worst homebuying experience I have ever had. Jason Crone single handedly cost me an unexpected $10k in closing costs because he failed to heed my questions regarding appraisal. It took me going to the CEO just to close on time. Which, by the way, they waited 48 hrs before we closed and told us we needed an additional $10k because of ltv. Do business with anyone but this company. If the word FUBAR and SNAFU sound familiar, its what this company bases their principles upon. Even the director of client relations was of no help. Run far away from this dumpster fire

Hi Jeremy,
I'm sorry to hear how frustrating and disappointing your homebuying experience was. I understand how upsetting it can be to encounter unexpected changes and added stress so close to closing, especially after working toward such an important milestone. It's clear this experience fell far short of your expectations.
I'd like the opportunity to learn more about your concerns and review your experience with you directly. Please reach out to me at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com.
