Mary was phenomenal and made sure to check in on my husband frequently to ensure we were aware of all that was occurring.
Holly was very proactive and explained everything to ensure my husband and I were aware of all of the paperwork that was needed or being completed.
Web site was very helpful. ToDo lists was helpful to track all necessary required documents.
The only gripe I have is the to dose. I had to keep getting on the portal and there would be to dos. I never knew they were there unless I missed emails or something.
My entire home buying experience was phenomenal. It was the definition of great customer service! I've always pushed for the "human" factor in finance. Not the the emotional factor. Recognizing the difference between helping and enabling. John and his team seem to have located that algorithm. I was extremely impressed with tolerance, knowledge, willingness to communicate and above all. The human approach that was administered. I have nothing but praise for process there at VU.
