Working with Evan M. and his Team was an amazing experience. Everyone was very supportive and the response time was awesome. I found the to do list user friendly and not overwhelming. Jennifer was extremely helpful and was always available when I had questions. I highly recommend Veterans United everyone in my home buying process was phenomenal!

I always use veterans united as my go-to lender. Derek Harmon and his team have always helped to make the process as smooth as possible. They see obstacles not walls and are great at problem solving. This is the second time I’ve worked with them and hold onto this specific team’s contact information for the future. It was a horrible experience. I felt like everything was left to the last minute. Our loan was delayed by 12 days, I feel this was all on VU. I called the VA the day prior to our closing and they never even received the package to review. It was a very stressful experience. Our family was moving across country, and I felt like VU could care less. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had. I should also add, they added a customer care person to our loan because of the issues, but all she wanted to do was act as another loan coordinator. I asked her to figure out what happened to our loan and conduct training so it doesn’t happen again. Never heard from her again. I would not recommend VU to a friend. I hope to IRRRL out of VU as fast as possible.

I'm really sorry to hear how stressful this experience was, especially while coordinating a cross-country move for your family. A 12-day delay at such an important stage of the process can create a lot of uncertainty, and I can understand why you'd feel frustrated and let down.
