Charles and Carrie were awesome they helped me when I needed it and made it feel like I wasn't even buying a house. We had a little hiccup but they were there to help resolve it.

Bryce tried to charge me 17k closing. Then matched a quote i got from another lender for 10k and 4.99 first year. The seller paid 7400 in closing so my closing should of been 4k. With a bate and switch he charged 14k in closing on wet signature day.
