Everyone was patient with me and that was truly appreciated. Sometimes I felt that I may have come across as being rude, but they never took it that way and was quick to respond. There were some things that I didn't understand but they were there to explain what it was in a way that made sense to me. I would definitely recommend VU to friends and family.

Alec was absolutely amazing to work with! I went into contract on 3 homes and had to cancel the 1st 2 due to inspection findings. Always genuinely supportive and helpful, Alec was extremely resourceful in aiding with any obstacles encountered. My closing was complicated because the seller/selling agent was difficult to reach and uncooperative in a lot of ways. Alec worked extremely late/early after hours to help ensure closing could occur on time. Thank you So Much Sir!

I asked to do things with pen and paper, because I am not adept with the internet or a computer. They insisted on using internet. That was very frustrating for me. However, Ashley was quite helpful when I hit a snag.

From the very beginning working with Mrs. Myer she helped me every step of the way to get my credit where it needed to be. She always responded and never judged in the slightest. Her sound advice is the biggest reason I was able to close on the home I got. Mr. Bryant ALWAYS took the time to call and explain things so they didn’t get lost in context through text. Mrs. Haynes processed everything seamless for me and was always available and provided very consistent communication from start to end. Before this survey I recommended to my realtor that if veterans like me are asking her what to do that she point them in VU’s direction.
