Drennan and Nico were great. Drennan helped me from start to finish, helping me the whole way. Nico also helped me once I found my house. Both were patient with me when I had mini freak outs during the process. Both of these guys handled everything like pros and handled everything that I asked of them.
The team was amazing and worked with us every step of the way. Really felt informed at all times and guided us well. We couldn't be happier with our new home and team backing us up!

This was my third Mortgage through Veterans United Home Loans. Every time has been made so simple and easy for me even while transitioning from Active Duty to retirement, and while purchasing a home after changing jobs and moving to a different state. I will always use and recommend Veterans United Home Loans when purchasing a home with a VA loan.
Communication and professionalism was great until the end. Our closing was delayed for a couple days, but we were not informed until the night before. I did not personally speak to Madeline, but Jay sent the following text to my client: “ it sounds like your two biggest issues are utilities starting & help moving. They will be able to easily update the effective date for your utilities if you call them. I regards to the move itself you are staying with family currently correct? So you will not be homeless or have no where to stay for the 2 extra days between Tuesday & Thursday right?”
Especially considering the number of homeless vets in the world today, this was extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I will not be recommending this lender to any of my future clients.

Nick is the absolute best. This is the second home purchase he has assisted us with and made the process easy for both. Although we have never met in person he has always treated us as a friend not a client.
