The team they put together to help handle the loan process with me was awesome. Everyone had a job and they did it well. The communication within the team was fantastic. I really liked that the team and I were all on the same page throughout the loan process. They kept the stress level down for me and answered all my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel like my needs, concern, and questions were a bother, unimportant, or small. They did a terrific job for me.

( Option to Purchase ) and the ( Contract to Purchase this property to prevent myself from being wrongfully forced and wrongfully threatened with eviction by the seller and her property manager !!!
