At first VU was great and responsive, but when it came close to time to close I had an underwhelming experience and had to wait longer. However they did compensate me in the end.

We have used Veterans United for two home buys, a refinance, and assistance in selling a home. Each time was a great and smooth experience. They definitely cater to your needs and work with you every step of the way. With home buying and selling, there will always be issues to fix or work around.
