Having an easy to use online portal for submitting and receiving documents, keeping track of everything was simple and easy to understand. Offering the lowest fees and rates we found anywhere, they are #1 for a reason! We are so happy we made the right choice and went with them over anyone else. The title company you use, National title company was extremely slow and held up the process by weeks and was hard to get them to respond on where everything stood. My suggestion would be use another company for title.

I did a lot of research on mortgage lenders before I began my refi project. Everywhere I turned, every search I did, every review I read, all listed Veterans United as #1. A+ with the Better Business Bureau. 5 stars with TrustPilot. #1 rated VA lender in several other surveys and rating services. And every single top rating is unquestionably well deserved! The representatives are consummate professionals who take a genuine interest in helping their clients. Their website is secure and easy to navigate. They provide routine updates on progress so you’re never left in the dark. Any documents to be reviewed or signed are front and center on the “To-Do List” page. The entire process was fast and easy - from initial contact to final closing and settlement was just over 6 weeks, despite the fact that there were three holidays in that period.The English language does not contain enough superlatives to adequately express my heartfelt endorsement of Veterans United. I only gave them a 10 because I can’t give them an 11! If you’re a veteran in need of a VA mortgage or refi, don’t waste your time with anyone else. Call Veterans United first.
