Avoid Veterans United if you can. Do not let the name 'VETERANS UNITED fool you. They are not for Veterans, they are for their bottom line ($$$) only. And make sure any appraisal should be done with the veteran present to verify that it was done honestly and thoroughly and not pictures taken 3 or 4 months prior or years prior. And do your research to ensure that these businesses are really for helping veterans or hurting them (vets).

I highly recommend Veterans United for home loans. Matt and Lynn were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire refi process. I provided Matt with a timeline for when I wanted to begin the application and he was the consummate professional with follow up and working with my schedule. Matt provided me with available options to lock in my interest rate for 60 days when I expressed concerns about changes in fed policies and market rates. Both Matt and Lynn went the extra mile to ensure that all of my concerns and questions were addressed in a timely manner. I will definitely use Matt, Lynn, and Veterans United again in the future!
