Only glitch was a miscommunication as to where the closing would take place. I received a text from Alice confirming the closing would be at the title company office. However, when we arrived we were told the closing agent was waiting at Veterans United office. situation was resolved but could have saved us half the commute on a very wintry day.

Our wonderful Loan Officer Joel Smith and his team stayed on top of things and answered all the questions we had and resolved minor hiccups that popped up along the way.
