This was our second time purchasing a home and doing so out of state, ahead of our PCS’ing. Veteran’s United and Karol Hart made this whole process a breeze. We had a snag with final VA loan approval. The problem was with Army records, which I now know is common. I wish I had been advised earlier. We chose a Veteran’s United suggested realtor but had to switch. They had poor knowledge of VA approved properties and shouldn’t have been on the recommended list.
I would recommend Veterans United to all my active duty/ veteran friends because I know they will be in good hands

I was extremely impressed by the web-based technology VU has implemented to support the home buying process. It made providing documentation, reviewing files and adding signatures super-easy. The entire loan team was responsive and very helpful anytime I had a question, which wasn't often because they were so thorough with laying everything out up-front with clear instructions. The whole process from start to finish was so simple, even a Marine could do it!
