As you may all know, the first line of any review usually highlights and summarizes the details of the review.So, I would like to start off by stating, if you are lucky enough to get teamed up with this gentleman, you will experience the very definition of the saying, "Serving those who serve!"It is rare to find someone that is consistent, professional, and constantly making sure that everything and everyone is on track to meet the intended goals. However, I can assure you that Craig Anderson is a loan specialist that will work with you and for you to provide all of the necessary steps to make sure you receive the best service and results possible.Furthermore, I would go as far as to say that Craig is one of the most readily accessible and reachable person for all your communication. I can confidently state that not all loan officers are going to return your calls, emails, or messages. Of course, all of their voice message systems have that cliche response stating that they will call you back ASAP, but that is truly not the case.Craig, on the other hand, truly does stand by his word. He really did call, email, and left messages to all my inquiries and questions within a 24 hour period. There wasn't a single instance where I felt like he didn't keep me as his top priority. For new home buyers, I believe there are questions around every corner and a new acronym on every document, but Craig was always there to walk me through each and every step. No matter how many times I asked the same question, Craig remained consistent and professional until I had my questions answered. This I believe is an essential skillset that sets Craig apart from others.Craig does not assume that you know what he is talking about. He is clear and concise on all requirements and never forgets that this is your first home. Therefore, he seems to make the extra effort to identify with you at the novice level and does it without a condesending tone or demeanor.Finally, I would like to highlight that he is always preparing and planning your next steps for you, so that you never fall behind. Kaitlin was very helpful answered all my questions unlike the loan rep. I think Kaitlyn is in the wrong position she should be in charge not shuffling papers just that simple. Hopefully this will not effect her ratings she was GREAT.
