Everyone on the team that helped us was great to work with. Info was generally conveyed and processed in a timely manner. The assurances that VU made to us from the beginning were pretty accurate throughout the process. No complaints at all, and glad that VU was our lender. Also, the home-buyer portal was actually very user-friendly and easy to navigate for doc/info submission. Would definitely recommend to another veteran.
