Veterans United has excellent customer service. The only drawback from giving a perfect 10 score was at the end with the closing costs being a lot higher then planned and putting my family in a very tight budget crunch until the next pay period.

It was a great 2nd experience.
Everyone I dealt with was great. Communication throughout the process was easy and the online account was easy to navigate.
I will say although the process did take longer that i wished, it was completed as promised. All the items that were on the get fix list were not. I am not trully happy with that outcome. Therefor I will not comment on the real estate agent. Im having to pay oput of pocket for those items that were not fixed as promise on the contract. Again thank you all and Semper Fidelis.
