This is my second mortgage with VU and it has been a smooth and efficient process every time, I would definitely recommend to my friends.They have gotten me the best rates; the online document signing process is much better than I have experienced at other businesses; and, they are there if you need someone in person to talk to, you can't beat that.
This was my first time using a VA loan but I assumed that this process would give some credibility to a veterans honesty and integrity. This seemed to be questioned throughout the process.

The scary process of home buying was a lot less spooky when I was able to team up with Veterans United. From the very beginning, Bill Musick and the rest of the VU team were informative, leaving no bit of information in the dark. They were incredibly helpful and realistic with the process, and did everything in their power to make this so much more smooth than I had ever thought possible. I have never felt more safe when dealing with something as grand as homebuying. I will always and forever spread the word of how amazing they were to me and my Veteran husband. Veterans love VU! I would suggest to anyone trying to finance or refinance a home to try Veterans United, from my experience they really try hard to get the best rate they can for the veterans.The process is easy and don’t take long if you follow the things to list
