Great experience from pre-approval to closing. Their web site is easy to navigate, and find the needed to-dos for each step. They were upfront and direct on requirements, and the steps that needed to be taken. Smooth transaction on their end, even when there were some hiccups with seller documents and appraisal repair checklists. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.
My overall experience with everyone at Veterans United was a very positive one, and I cannot thank them enough for the support provided. I would definitely work with them again in the future, or at least recommend them to my fellow veteran friends.

My experience was not good and I will never use them again failure all over. If I had the time I would’ve dropped them and went elsewhere for my loan but I didn’t have the time to just start all over with a different lender. Not happy would not recommend.
