VU is a very professional group that truly will go the "extra mile" to ensure that every Vet has a good experience. They have a way of making the tricky and complicated seem very simple. Would I use them again? You bet. Would I recommend them to friends and family? Without hesitation. Going into the process of taking out a loan I had absolutely no understanding of what needed to be done. I’m very grateful for the team at Veterans United for assisting me throughout the progress. We had an issue with the Notary. He forgot to notarize one of the loan documents which caused us to have to wait on our loan payout. I do not want to use him in the future.
