Process over the internet is very easy to use.
The only advice that I can give to improve the process is to provide a clear to close sooner than 48 hours out. That's a bit stressful, but other than that the process was great! Thank you all for your efforts.

The underwriting team was a bit of a pain, however, if they aren't a pain then that simply means they're not doing their jobs. It's a necessary and understandable process.
