This is my 3rd time financing thru Veterans United and they are Number 1 in my opinion.
Check into Veterans United. They work with you and is there for you. They get it. They have the best people around. I had my doubt about them at first, but after talking to Tim and his team they put me at ease and showed me what they could do. They were great to work with.
Dawn Williams-Heckman was an absolute delight and greatly alleviated the end of the process when Travis and his team could not pull the weight. If we could give her a rating, it would be a 10.

Veteran's United was wonderful. The only bad experience that I had was dealing with the appraisal/appraiser. Our closing date was pushed three separate times, and dealing with the fact that we didn't know when we were actually going to be able to close and having to keep on waiting for answers was extremely frustrating. This, however, was not at the fault of Veteran's United or Scott, my loan officer. Although that whole process was stressful, Scott was very helpful and got us through it as seamless as he could, even though the appraisal issues were out of his control.
