This was my first ever home buying experience, and it is the polar opposite of experiences I've heard from friends and family. Future home buying is going to have an incredibly high bar to clear since this is my first experience.

I shopped around with other lenders but ultimately decided on Veterans United because their interface was the easiest to use and the loan specialist had excellent customer service. My experience was excellent and I would recommend to anyone shopping for a VA loan to use Veterans United.
The only struggle was with accuracy in paperwork and working with the loan coordinator. The responsiveness was subpar on his end.
