Great experience with Va loan
Overall it was a good experience. I was disappointed with Amanda at closing because we were told a closing cost and then told another. When we asked Amanda she got defensive and suddenly acted like she did not know what had happened. We had documentation of the error and Amanda continued to alibi. She even said she would check in with us prior to closing. We never heard back from her and our calls went unanswered and not returned. It seems VU got their money a ran…typical banking practices I suppose. Amanda needs some additional customer service training and accept responsibility.
Kenny and Mason helped me the entire way through my process buying my first home ever being a vet.
All questions gripes and complaints were addressed immediately.
10/10 recommend the team that worked with me.
