From the start to the end everyone that I have had a pleasure to work with were quick to respond and reached out regularly to make sure we were still on track. The credit recovery was amazing and painless it took time but once it was through Jodi set me up with Chris and his team and we were in our dream home within a few months the process took a little over a year but the veterans United staff made it easy and made my family feel at ease we were never uninformed and they were very easy to work with.
I have used veterans united service before in the past and I will used them again in the future. Great customer service experience and very informative on topics about refinancing.
