Giving me updates through the entire process. I never felt I had anything to worry because I had Veterans United on my side. Great agency to work with, use Veterans United and you won't be taken down the wrong path. Knowledge is everything and the team is absolute in their quest to keep you safe and your investment secure.
If you read your feedback comments there’s a trend with the ones that give low ratings. “Communication” when someone is making one of the largest transactions of there life and using your company, I would think that you would want them to feel comfortable with the process. As soon as I decided to not use the affiliations the honeymoon was over.
