I can confidently state that not all loan officers are going to return your calls, emails, or messages. Of course, all of their voice message systems have that cliche response stating that they will call you back ASAP, but that is truly not the case.Craig, on the other hand, truly does stand by his word. He really did call, email, and left messages to all my inquiries and questions within a 24 hour period. There wasn't a single instance where I felt like he didn't keep me as his top priority.
