Our experience with Veterans United was up and down. Initially they were great to work with and offered tons of resources. They communicated and wanted our business. Once we were committed to using their loan services it felt to slowdown and they were a alot less informative of the loan process. It didn't help that they were located in a different time zone, but our loan agent did answer the phone most times when he was off duty which was appreciated. Overall a good experience. And thank you all for your service.
