Poor communication, expectations discussed at onset were not met (45 day close was pushed to 8 mths), had to repeatedly provide documents due to outrageous closing time, lack of knowledge of what was going on most of the time

They are professional yet friendly. They helped me when Usaa screwed me over. They did the work of a full closing in 2 weeks to make my deadline. One of the weeks was Thanksgiving. The representative texted me so I didn't have to deal with emails or long phone call waits. I am a first time buyer and I had tons of questions and concerns. They helped me with all of them. If it where not for Veterans United hard work and dedication I would not have this house. My wife and I would be homeless. They are amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
