The hardest part in all of this was finding the right house. This team made everything go smoothly and it all stayed on schedule. There were no delays because this team was on it. Like I have been told time and time again. There are three things un being a good soldier. You need to shoot, move, and communicate. This teams does all three effectively. Shoot- they executed everything that was needed. Move- they didn’t just let things sit. They were constantly working on things. Communicate - communication was effective, timely, and easy.
