My only complaint is that there were several people working on my loan and they sometimes did not seem to be communicating with each other. The website is very easy to use, and the automated updates are nice, but sometimes the loan specialists would ask me directly for things I had already uploaded to the system, as if they were not seeing it? Overall despite these nitpicks, I would STRONGLY recommend VU for any fellow veteran seeking help buying a home.
This was the easiest process we have ever been through with our home refinancing. Our team was awesome!! They were in constant contact telling us where we were in the process and always answered our questions with professionalism.
