However, there was one hiccup: the day before closing, I was told that the closing date would need to be pushed back due to a required repair. The repair company wasn’t scheduled to complete the work until a few days after closing, but the seller and I had already agreed to set aside escrow funds to cover the repairs after closing.What made this frustrating was that the team had this information weeks in advance but didn’t communicate it sooner. This last-minute change caused a lot of stress, as I had to consider rescheduling plans and had already notified my landlord of my move-out date. Thankfully, the team quickly reached out to the repair company, and it turned out the work had already been completed earlier than scheduled. This allowed us to close on the original date, which was a huge relief.While I wish the situation had been handled more proactively, the rest of the process was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The realtor you guys recommended in Colorado I think she has no idea what she is doing. She tried to charge 1k for setting up, 1k for photos and 1k for trash removal. Her cleaners was a no show and the handyman was a no show. The week the house went on the market she when on vacation
