TRUST ME,it IS worth the wait,to get the property you dream of! The rates are good. Do your research,and be prepared for duplicate requests of info,credit checks,etc.
Also,a big surprise for me,was that it costs a LOT more to get into a house,these days.
Zero down,doesn’t mean,NO money up front. Ask your banker to explain this,so there are no surprises,for you. Ask for Dan Hopkins by name,I am sure he will do a good job,with his team,in getting you squared away.
