Everyone worked very hard and long hours to make sure all the details were taken care of. Craig, Bryan and Melissa were phenomenal.
The documents, phone calls, emails, and websites were all presented in clear and orderly fashion that made a very complicated into a streamlined one. The step-by-step checklist and the personal communication were excellent - I have faces to go with names, which really helps. Throughout this process the team made me feel like things were being taken care of for me, but also like I was still in control the whole time.
