I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! I really found the videos and articles on the VU website extremely helpful . They broke down the homebuying process into simple, easy to understand steps. The Concierge Services that VU provides are wonderful! They provided the contact information for all the necessary utilities, as well as internet, TV and phone providers in my area. I wish I had known about Veterans United when I purchased my first home.
I would suggest firing equafax, the use of that 3rd party service cause multiple delays and very unprofessional. We they call their service comes up as spam risk cause many issues with them trying to collect information. Also their message service will either say voicemail is full or just completely hang up. They were the only issue I had during the process.
Jared and his team helped me a lot they kept in constant contact updated me frequently They helped research problems and fix them and were overall exceptional I will definitely use them again if I need another loan in the future I would give them five stars out of five they were exceptional

The best advice I can give is to ensure you have all your stuff together which will make the process go smoothly. Communicate with your team and never be afraid to ask questions. Lastly patience is key, this is not a process you want to rush so take your time and allow the team to do their job.
