The team at Veterans United is great but the title company, not so great. I still have not received my funds for the closing. The closing paperwork was sent to me by Yoly Perez only because I asked for them. The keys to the property was not handed at closing but at 2:30p.m. on 4/10/25. other than that everything else is great.
