He was always there to answer our questions and I never had a problem getting in touch with him. What really meant the most to me is that he would explain and re-explain everything in detail as many times as I needed him too and he would then listen to me repeat it back to him for my own peace of mind to make sure I understood what was happening. He did all of this without breaking a sweat and he never made us feel like we were bothering him. Again, he was phenomenal and handled our situation perfectly. I cannot say thank you enough.
