I started my first foray into home buying and struck out with one veterans organization. I aired my frustration with Gretchen Smith, who runs a well respected veteran's assistance group called Code of Vets. She suggested Veteran's United. When I first contacted Veteran's United, Jason Lacey was the agent that handled my file. Immensely helpful, never judgmental or patronizing. We had a number of conversations and I was highly impressed with his expertise and his ability to convey information in laymen's terms. He was also highly proactive and able to adjust with little advance notice. The sellers of the house I bought made things difficult but Jason was able to get everything together just in time to close on schedule. Jason and the team all deserve high praise for helping me and my family purchase our first home.
From day one Veterans United laid out a plan for me. It seemed daunting. However, here I am. Spending my 2nd night in MY home. A lifelong dream realized through the dedication and guidance of outstanding people. I can not thank Veterans United or Daniel Perry enough. If or when it becomes necessary to refi, sell, or buy again I intend to reach out to Mr Perry.

I want to give a special shout to Adrianna, Jeffery and Aidan. These people make the team so much better. Each individual were helpful and always will to point me in the right direction. Adrianna really went out of her way and explained the process. She broke down the cost and introduced me into the program. Jeffery was extremely tentative and assisted in task that may seem easy but we’re difficult to a new home buyer. Aidan is the absolute man! Alway answering calls and got everything done super fast. Do your homework before trying to use a VA loan as there are not many homes that will make it through the process without flexibility from both buyer and seller.
