VU was very patient with me the entire time. I went through an extremely long underwriting process due to some hiccups with the state of the house after the appraisal, and they had my back the entire time. I think it was really good that they stuck it out and saw it through to the end instead of urging me to back out and do it a different way. Great company. 100% will patronize them again if I am in the market.
