For our first purchase we used USAA and it was a conventional loan. They were fantastic and we had a good experience and planned on using them for the VA loan for our next house. VU snuck in on the bidding war and delivered above an beyond on rates. I feared the experience would not be as smooth as USAA but was willing to take that based on the rates and accommadations they gave. I was pleasantly surprised when their customer service, knowldege and personal touch riveled and even exceeded in some cases our experience with USAA. VU is a great company and I am proud to have gone through them for our VA loan knowing they are delivering a quality product to veterans all around the US.
Veterans United was great! We had an issue with another lender because they aren’t as familiar with VA loans. We switched to Veterans United and they were so great to work with and got us moving along very quickly. I would definitely recommend to any Veteran to utilize Veterans United.
