You will NEVER regret using Veterans United to buy your home! We have purchased twice and refinanced with them and every single time has been an absolute pleasure. Yes, I know that sounds crazy but they are one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with!!

Thank you to the team, you were all very helpful!

To all veterans this was the best decision Iade!

Overall, Veterans United is a great company. Everyone else I worked with was very professional and informative. Gerrit is an anomaly representation of Veterans United. Choose another loan officer.

As a first time homebuyer I had several questions. Anytime I felt like I was in the dark, Tammy was available to explain the process in depth. Even if I needed the information covered more than once until I understood, Tammy was always kind and patient. I consistently had updates on where we were and what to expect next. With in depth explanations on available options we walked away with a loan and rate far better than our original expectations with our imperfect credit. There’s a special bond between veterans that’s like family. I wouldn’t trust sending them anywhere else.

Very easy to use! We would do it again when we need to refi again.

Love the easy online options for signing and reviewing documents. Closing was delayed but due to a bad VA apraiser not Vets United. I wish they could have some input or at least feedback into the VA apraiser they get. Other than that I am very satisfied with the whole process!
My loan specialist made me feel like I was her only client, which I know can't be the case but she was soooo friendly.
And lastly everyone I worked with at Vets United was appreciative of my Service and was not shy about telling me so and I appreciate their support for the Military.
