Thank you for a process that I know from experience, is significantly bumpier than this has been. Continue honing the process for your future customers. Anything you can do to take the stress out of home buying is a step in the right direction. Peace of mind over profit will always bring customers forward. If the company does not shift direction significantly and sticks with the current play book, it is only a matter of time until Wells Fargo and the other big lenders are in the rearview mirror.
