You guys made this process so much easier than I expected. Brianna and Lauren worked diligently to help me get into my home. My credit was not the best from a previous divorce but I have tried rebuilding it over the last couple of years and the VU staff made it happen!!! Thank you!!!!
We’ve used other loan companies before; but once we used Veteran’s United, we’ve only used them for our last three home purchases. Hopefully there won’t be a fourth; but if there is, we’ll be using Veteran’s United once again.
If you want to have a professional and yet friendly experience through the lending process, You must have Stephanie Piester take the wheel. She is incredibly knowledgeable. She has an amazing team behind her too. She will get you through the process. You will not have a better experience anywhere else. It is impossible. Even though we had a few bumps in the road, Stephanie and team got us through the process, they had our back. They were awesome! We are now in our Dream home because of Stephanie and her team.

The company is basing its business off of retired and currently active veterans. Most of us already have high anxiety and stress levels due to PTSD some of us have combat related PTSD which requires us to have straight and concise information when it comes to business of this caliber.
We would definitely use Veteran's United again the team we had did an Excellent job from information to seemingly caring about us. They didn't just take our information they followed up from time to time to make sure we had what we needed and to give us support if needed.
