Great experience.
The issue with this loan taking so long to complete was due to lack of follow up from VU. They showed task that I needed to complete however due to a technical error on computer side of things. In the end Whitney did resolve the issue and even compensated me for the trouble. Never the less it took from April to the end of September to get it completed. This was certainly not in comparison to the first loan I got from VU. It was extremely streamlined and took less than 45 days to complete.
The entire team worked together in a smooth and seamless way making the entire process fast and efficient!
This is my second time using this company. I really LOVE this team. So personal, great communication, professional and informed. They took the time to teach me things I was not aware of. Love this company.

I was really blessed with the team that I had working for me at Veteran's United. From initial contact, to the final phone call to confirm funding, it was a very smooth process. The use of technology allowed me to submit documentation smoothly and effectively.
