Every home buying situation is, I think, unique. We presented a scenario that is not only unique, but risky. Didn’t seem to be overly cumbersome to the team VU put together. The only thing I might complain about is the difficulties of time, as we purchased our house from overseas and only had about a 6 hour window that we could all communicate with each other in real time, which neither VU nor I control.
The whole team that I worked with was amazing. I would recommend them to any one looking to use a VA Loan.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
