I just purchased my first home at 66. I do not do well with stress, anxiety, etcetera -and I easily get overwhelmed. The team working with me thru Veterans United were the reason I was able to handle the whole process and find and purchase a home. It was much easier than having to reach out and find each part of the puzzle and put it all together -they did that for me. Thanks to everyone that helped me thru all the steps. I appreciate the professionalism, the quick response times, the kindness, and the knowledge. I have considered buying a home three other times in my life. This team helped the dream become a reality!

Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

Horrible experience. The most disorganized process I have ever been a part of. We were misled the entire time. We were assigned a loan officer that was going to be in vacation throughout the whole process and our file was given to the most incompetent person who didn’t even have the licenses or education to guide us through. We Given a close date, told the process was going smoothly, told we were pretty much wrapped up and to go ahead and give our notice on our current place then proceeded to drag their feet and close date causing our family immense stress and without a clear place to live. If I had to go back, I would NEVER go through them again and I absolutely will NOT RECOMMEND.

I’m really sorry to hear how stressful this experience was for you and your family. Buying a home should feel exciting and supported, not confusing or overwhelming, and it’s disappointing to hear that the process felt disorganized and left you uncertain about where things stood.

It’s especially concerning to hear that you felt misled about the progress of your loan and your expected closing date. I understand how upsetting it must have been to give notice on your current home based on those expectations, only to have the timeline change and create uncertainty about your living situation. That’s a difficult position for any family to be in, and I’m truly sorry for the stress this caused.
