Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
Horrible experience. The most disorganized process I have ever been a part of. We were misled the entire time. We were assigned a loan officer that was going to be in vacation throughout the whole process and our file was given to the most incompetent person who didn’t even have the licenses or education to guide us through. We Given a close date, told the process was going smoothly, told we were pretty much wrapped up and to go ahead and give our notice on our current place then proceeded to drag their feet and close date causing our family immense stress and without a clear place to live. If I had to go back, I would NEVER go through them again and I absolutely will NOT RECOMMEND.
