I cant even leave a -10 because every single thing about my transaction was a literal nightmare, closing was postponed 4x, told one thing and then another back to back, had to wait on so many people to be out of office, team had a terrible attitude when the issues were THEIR fault, and then left out important information about closing costs that caused the sellers to get into a heated argument with us AT CLOSING over how terrible the experience has been. they turned something that should have been the best moment of my life into THE WORST experience ever.

Best home buying experience I've ever had!
As a first time home buyer, I was unsure if I was capable of making the best or right decision in buying a home- or even if I SHOULD buy a home in the first place. I am happy that Ms Rebekah Moncrief was the mortgage loan person for me to have worked with in buying my home. While she is professional with an abundance of knowledge in her field, she is also personable and will listen to what I had to say or ask again and again without getting inpatient. Ms. Moncrief provided me with important information, recommendations that are needed in the home buying process.
