The team was constantly on top of every issue. It made for a very smooth home buying process. We had small hiccups that were handled within the day the happened and barely effected the process at all. I'm glad I got the team I did, couldn't imagine having anyone else work this process.

First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!

I didn't know how to start the process, but I saw the ad from Veterans United and I'm very glad that I chose them. I've bought houses before, but Veterans United made the process much easier. They did all the work necessary. They found the reality company, made sure that all of our ducks were in a row, and helped with every step and detail.
My experience with VU overall was very positive on every end. Shawn and Selina were helpful and made the process pleasant. The issues that were challenging was on the realtor end, and if it wasn't for Shawn and Selina we don't know how we could have made it to closing day.
