The loan team did a great job. The app was super simple to use. Everyone was extremely polite. When they needed something, they add it to your “to-do” list on the app and you can upload it directly to each task. Fantastic experience. You guys seem to have good systems, the todo list on the site made it easy to see what needed to be done. The ability to text one number for the team to all see and stay on the same page was helpful.
We worked with another individual, Nate Arni, who was sluggish, not communicative and willing to let our home purchase slide onto the back-burner. Had it not been for Andrew Beckett, Nate was ready to just accept defeat and let my wife and I pursue the next step of HOMELESSNESS. THANK YOU ANDREW FOR DOING NATE’S JOB FOR HIM!
