I want to give a special shoutout to Zane, Kelsey, and the IT team. This is my third VA loan with Veterans United, all of which have been with Zane. The process was flawless each time, with excellent communication, detailed responses, and competitive offerings. I briefly switched to a different company due to a better rate, but VU and Zane were able to beat the offer. I didn’t realize how incredible VU's client portal is until I saw what some of the competition offered. We appreciate all the hard work and attention to detail.
Wonderful to work with
Veterans United and the large team assigned to me did an excellent job in every possible way professionals can. Buying a home is not easy under any set of circumstances involving new debt and settlement of old debt. Veterans United made it as painless as possible. If I need this type of service again, I will seek them out first.
We ran into a closing date issue with the newer federal holiday (Juneteenth) which altered our closing timeline which impacted our HHG delivery. Ryan was super apologetic and gave us some lender credit to cover the closing mishap. Grateful for VU and will continue to work with you all in the future.
After hearing so many horror stories, I am glad my process with VU was silky smooth.
Really amazing people here helped me with every step of buying a home
Keeps me well informed throughout the entire process and very easy to understand the process.
My experience with Veterans United has been more than a great experience. Made it very easy buying a home and always willing to help vets get the home they deserve. I will definitely use Veterans United again in the future when I’m ready to expand! Thank you guys so much for all the help and support!
They would ask for paper work it would be sent by me, but they said they never got it so it was sent several times. They never acknowledged receipt of paper work.I called and all i got was voice mail. When I did get thru their answer to questions was,I WILL HAVE CHECK and see if it is ok.These are docs they requested I sign to get this closed. The young lady from the title company was very nice.My real estate broker even had problems talking with them,Up until less than 24 hours before closing I was being asked to sign e-docs.This was very stressful for me.I am not young, alone and not with it when it comes to computers.I am glad I will never have to go thru this again.

Hello Nicola, we understand how important it is to feel valued as a customer. You have helped us understand one critical way we might improve our service. So much effort goes into every loan application to meet expectations for communication. On your MyQ account it should have listed your task as pending when it was under review. While it certainly can seem like an oversight when tasks are left to be removed, ensuring they remain until our teams have cleared the necessary conditions is truly to your benefit. Our Client Advocate team will be taking a closer look at your experience as a potential training opportunity. If you wish to provide more details, then you may reach out to connect with us at any time. we value your honest feedback and thank you for taking the time to provide this information.
When I filled out the mortgage estimate on your website at like 8PM I wasn't expecting anything but a quote. What I got was an immediate call back and a great loan team. In just a few short months you guys made my dream of owning a home a reality. I really can't thank you all enough.
I have used this company and mikes team three times and they always make it as easy as possible!!! We sent our son to Veterans United and now our best friends. Just always a great experience
I have to give a special shoutout to Brittany Miller because there was no option to rate her but if there was it would also be a 10. She engaged with us with grace and wisdom of the home buying process and kept our minds at ease throughout the entire closing.
having to spent $600.00 dollars for 6 days in a hotel. not right
Response from Veterans United
Thanks for acknowledging this issue so that we might step in to provide further assistance David. We were thrilled to be able to ensure that a delayed inspection was moved to a post closing condition but the disaster reinspection is something that is outside of our control. While Veterans United does not have direct control over the actions of third party providers, it is important that we work together to promote resolution for you. A Client Advocate here has attempted to reach out for more information and will be available to speak with you should you wish get in touch with us.
It was quite the learning experience but none the less simple to understand and work through.
The team at Veterans United was very professional and motivated to ensure I had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Thank you, I will absolutely recommend to friends and family!
