The whole team was great from the pre approval process. To helping assist with finding insurance and the underwriting team, they made the whole process smooth and easy and walked us through it the whole way..would highly recommend veterans United. They went the extra mile. They made you feel like you were part of the family. Ben Choi, Sarah Hopper, and Caytlin Whaley are the best!!!

I have been very impressed working with Veterans United. My real estate broker said I had one of the lowest interest rates she has seen for a while, and she was also impressed with how easy it was to work with the team assigned to help me get to a smooth closing. I have also been very happy with how simple it was to upload documents and sign through the VU portal, and I used the app as well to stay on top of my To-Do items.
The entire process was seamless. The agents were all transparent and very informative, answering any and all questions I had.
