Everyone was personally great and kind. The process is draining but I guess a purchase like this it would have to be. I am glad my team Tommy and Suzanne were who I got!


Veterans United has helped us to close on our last three homes. There is a reason that we keep coming back. They treat us like family. This last closing was days before my major surgery and my husband's mother was in the hospital. I shared my stress level with the team and they went to work helping me gather the necessary documents for underwriting to relieve some of the stress. I can't say thank you enough! Delays in credit card payoffs which forced us to make regular monthly payments for too many in July, and the idea that the “to do’s” list is too inconsistent. Definitions unknown re: funding,, closing, distribution, when the funds are available, such as informing up front re each event. Personnel were nice and friendly, but sometimes seemed lacking expertise re: homeowners insurance and closing costs. The cost for credit reports too high with points unexplained, appraisal fee higher than should be.



The person we worked with us did not communicate well at all. Did not tell us any expectations of what to happen. Did not get paperwork done until 3 days before closing. It was just a real horrifying experience all the way through.
