Schandler, my loan team, and everyone I met through Veteran’s United were truly amazing. They were incredibly patient and helpful, doing everything they could to ensure I was taken care of. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their dedication, expertise and consistent communication. They not only answered all my questions but went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident every step of the way. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares and will go the extra mile for you, look no further!
Veterans United Home Loans has done an amazing job. I totally recommend!
I was getting very frustrated with the process due to new documentation and new underwriter requirements popping up every other day. It caused my closing date to get pushed back and I was forced to move all of my things from my residence at the time into storage with no place to live right before I had to leave for two weeks of military training. The cumulative costs due to an extended closing date prevented me from saving all the money I had hoped to use on home renovations. I know the lender team did everything they could to expedite the process and they were really great at assisting with closing costs where they could. So I am still rating them well above average. I think the process itself could be streamlined so these last minute requirements don’t interfere with closing deadlines.
Everything was great. I really feel like I have gained some new life-long friends during this experience.
Over all I was very pleased with my experience my financial team was amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The process was stressful but went better than according to plan. A special thanks to Montgomery and Conner for being so good at their jobs and making me feel assured that I was making good decisions. Thanks again
I’m so grateful for Veterans United. I started this process in 2023. I needed to clean up my credit and they told me exactly how to do it and what I would have to do to get approval. 2024 rolled around and the process from pre approval to closing was made so easy by my team. Being a first time homebuyer they explained everything to me. My team reached out regularly to ensure that every step of the process was clear to me and gave me the motivation that I needed to continue the process. When all was said and done I have zero complaints about Veterans United. I am grateful for this organization and my team. THANK YOU Veterans United for turning a dream into a reality.
Tim and his team provided extrordinary customer service and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication was efficient, timely, and they were responsive and extremely knowledgeable when assisting with all questions and concerns.Thank you to Veterans United for helping me close the deal!-Jeremy
I could not have chosen a better, seemingly more sincerely invested, team than those I worked with at VU. The company itself was great to work with and I liked using their app.
My only real complaint was unfortunately at the eleventh hour. I don't know if a message failed to reach me, or if it was an oversight on their end, but I was not made aware that I needed to wire my down payment, or even what account to send it to until the lawyer for the estate I was buying from asked about it. I came in expecting to cut a check, so that was a bit stressful.
Overall I would absolutely recommend VU.
I recommend all 10 stars! I believe veterans United was outstanding! Professional!!!!
They seemed to cared and did everything to get me approved at the rate I wanted. Conscience, caring, concerned
Veterans United home loans definitely cares about their veterans that’s for sure. Zach Harrison is one of the most dedicated people I’ve ever met. He is absolutely without a shadow of a doubt for his Veterans. I highly recommend all veterans to use veterans United and ask for Zach to be their loan officer.
The majority of my issues were with the VA loan process and the delays related to the VA.Also, the paper trail process could have been explained to me in a direct and up front manner, I thought that offering paystubs and account info would be sufficient but in the end the transferring of money between my wife and I became a tedious explanation that I felt was not worth the time to invest in given our truncated closing time.I would also comment on the closing process and the delays we encountered. We were forced into a hotel at our own cost and had to lease both the houses we were selling and buying in order to account for the delays in closing. This was an inappropriate financial cost to my wife and I.I am just glad to be done with this process.
Veterans United is the only lender I would use when buying a home. Our buying process started to take a turn for the worse but our loan Officer, Zach Roberts kept the deal moving forward and got us everything we needed, day or night. As a veteran, I appreciate that level of hustle and commitment...
